About L'Aparté
L’Aparté was established in response to the #MeToo movement, which highlighted the need for providing support to individuals who experience harassment or violence in the cultural sector.
Professional associations and groups collaborated to create an action plan with the aim of combating all forms of harassment in the industry, and L’Aparté is one of the components of this plan.
Mission
Our mission is to provide initial assistance to all individuals in the cultural sector who have experienced or witnessed harassment (psychological or sexual) or workplace violence (sexual assault).
To achieve this goal, we offer welcoming, supporting, directing, and accompanying services to our clients through the different stages and actions to be taken. Our main objective is to understand your needs and simplify the legal, medical, or psychological process that will best suit your situation.
Our services are free, confidential, and independent of any professional associations or groups.
